Air bubbles are trapped between the merino wool fibers, thus creating a microclimate of warm air, the feeling is one of comfort. However, Merino sheep's wool is extremely breathable, excess heat is released if necessary to avoid overheating - the temperature control is perfect and offers comfort regardless of the weather! The wool feels warm on the skin from the first moment it is worn. Merino wool yarn has a natural elasticity, it keeps its shape no matter how many times it is stretched or washed.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

1

Where it all begins...

With special attention, the hands of our skilled ladies are able to create the most colorful and durable garments. The originality of the models can be seen in the different colours and the meticulous stitching.
2

Materials, fabrics and colours...

Depending on the material chosen for the garment, the colours are extracted from the leaves, bark and other natural materials. A natural dye is used to colour these threads and some craftsmen pass the threads through the paint before wrapping them again in a more compact spool.

3

The loom

The loom is a very important invention in the development of culture and human society, so that, even today, for some countries it is an indispensable mechanism. The silk thread bobbin runs from left to right, driven by some threads pulled by the weaver, thus tracing each thread of the fabric.
4

How does this mechanism work?

After each movement to the left or right, the pedal-operated blades compact the yarns thus pulled, obtaining the final fabric. We are talking about the simple version, for one colour only. If you produce model fabrics, for example with stripes or checks, the weaver replaces the multi-coloured bobbins from time to time.
5

Making the clothes takes time...

Sometimes, it can take a day, sometimes days until those hands come out with the finished product, ready for sale.
6

The secret of Silk...

Silk is also known for the change in colour depending on the angle from which you look at the material. The woven motifs, such as shapes and colours, are true works of art, with all the creativeness and emotional charge that this art entails.
