What Makes Us Different?

We aim to be totally transparent to you, our clients. Why do we say that? It is important that you know WHAT you are wearing, WHAT material, WHERE that material comes from and WHO has worked to create the clothes you are going to buy. We are a small part of a huge garment marketing industry, but that part that wants to feed your body and soul with clothes that have a beautiful story behind them! In Mihido you will find your own dressmaker and several categories of unique clothes, and you will discover how and why the materials of your creations matter so much!

More than just a piece of clothing...

We intend to dress you up with real stories, therefore, dress you up with our products. In the heart of Southeast Asia, several hundred years ago before the polyester shirt, there were hard-working and organized men in the Kingdom of Siam. Thanks to them, we have proof of the longevity of the materials, accessories and clothing of the tombs. Some of them are a real treasure, because they have brought to the present the past of a person, who made them and the techniques used for their creation. The value of the clothes is not reflected in the price or in the label, but in the quality, in the durability, in the color, in conclusion, it is about confidence, spiritual value and longevity.

Cultural Heritage

The exhibitions we are talking about can be visited at the Queen Sirikit Museum of Textiles, Bangkok, where you will see clothes that will impress you with their delicacy, colours and textures, all in a protected area, where touching them is restricted. The fabrics you will admire are embroidered with agricultural symbols specific to certain regions. After seeing the impressive parade of silk and cotton, of small whole objects or pieces of them ( those pieces that you can shape them into whole only through your imagination), accessories or even masks, after having gone through the process of getting to know all these about fabrics and garments, ask yourself if the bag made of polyester or nylon you are wearing does indeed represent you?
