EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
MIHIDO offers refunds and exchanges on all orders from Spain. All MIHIDO products may be exchanged or returned and reimbursed provided that the user informs us within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
If you have received a defective item, you will be refunded the cost.
HOW TO PROCEED WITH REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
- Please inform us within 14 days of receipt that the product is to be returned or exchanged and the reasons for such return. The information can be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach some photos indicating the defect and please wait for our confirmation.
- Wrap the product while keeping its original packaging and labeling. Print and stick on the package the shipping label that we will send you by email.
- Mihido will schedule a pickup from your home that will take place one day after the confirmation from us.
- Once we have received and checked it, either we will send the new size requested free of charge or we will proceed to refund the amount of the items purchased if it is a return.
The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products. Partial returns and cancellations will result in partial refunds.
Mihido will refund the amount of the returned products by the same payment method by which the purchase was made by the Customer.
The application of the refund to the client's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. This process can take between 3 and 10 days once the order arrives at the warehouse.
