These Terms and Conditions of Use, Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy governing the use of the website www.mihido.es ("the Website"), which Mihido Danioty SL (THE OWNER) with CIF B42681007 and domiciled in Alicante is the owner. Contact name: Otilia-Ana.

Through it's site www.mihido.es the OWNER provides information about its products and offers the possibility of their acquisition. Due to the content and purpose of the Web Site, people who want to benefit from it's services can do so as a "Customer", following the steps that the OWNER subsequently communicated via this website. The condition of "Customer" means the adherence to the Terms of Use of the version published at the time of access of the Website.

In any case, there are pages of the Website accessible to individuals or legal entities that do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter "Users"). In this sense, Users who access these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions, to the extent that they may be applicable.

THE OWNER wants to let its Customers and Users know that it is exclusively addressed to an audience over 16 years old.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The descriptions of the products displayed on the Website are made based on the design features of Mihido Danioty and the information provided by the suppliers. However, the information given about each product, as well as photographs or videos relating to them and trade names, trademarks or logos of any kind contained in the website of the OWNER, are exposed in www.mihido.es as a guide.

PRICING

All the prices of the products indicated through the website include VAT.
The cost of transport is as follows:
-Peninsular Spain: free for orders over 40 euros, flat rate of 5 euros for orders under 40 euros,
-EU countries and Spanish overseas territories: free for orders over 100 euros, flat rate of 15 euros for orders under 100 euros.
-United States: free for orders over 200 euros, flat rate of 20 euros for orders under 200 euros

AVAILABILITY

THE OWNER informs the Customer that the number of available pieces is kept up to date with the stock in the warehouse. Under no circumstances will THE OWNER intentionally offer for sale more units than those available.

THE OWNER will do his best to please all his Customers in the demand of the products and will keep the Customers informed of the replacement of products and/or sizes sold out as well as, if not, of limited edition.

In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability gives the right to cancel the entire order.

PAYMENT

The Customer undertakes to pay at the time of the order. The initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be increased by the fees corresponding to the relevant shipping costs.

The cost of transportation is as follows:

-Peninsular Spain: free for orders over 40 euros, flat rate of 5 euros for orders under 40 euros

-EU countries and Spanish overseas territories: free for orders over 100 euros, flat rate of 15 euros for orders under 100 euros.

-United States: free for orders over 200 euros, flat rate of 20 euros for orders under 200 euros

 In any case, these rates will be communicated to the customer before formalizing the purchase itself.

The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to his order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), transfer or deposit.

The Customer must notify THE OWNER of any undue or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, in the shortest possible time so that THE OWNER can make the appropriate arrangements.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Once the order is formalized, that is to say, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, THE OWNER will always send an email to the CLIENT confirming the details of the purchase made.

ORDER CANCELLATION

THE OWNER will accept cancellations of orders when requested prior to shipment. To make the cancellation you must request by sending an e-mail to contact@mihido.es.

DEADLINES, PLACE OF DELIVERY AND LOSSES

I. Delivery of the product

THE OWNER undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, we would appreciate it if you, the Customer, could indicate an address where the order could be delivered within the usual working hours.

The OWNER will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not correspond to reality.

THE OWNER informs the Customer that it may be possible that the same order will be divided into several deliveries.

II. Delivery time

We will ship via DHL Express. Your order will be ready for shipping usually within one working day. Orders received weekdays after 14:00 will be ready for delivery the next day and orders received after 14:00 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. The delivery takes between 1 and 5 working days from the moment the package have been handed over to the courier, depending on your location: 1-3 days in EU and 3-5 days in US. 

In cases of delays in delivery, THE OWNER will inform his customers as soon as he becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, which is made through the control system used by the transport company.

In the case of delays in delivery of orders attributable to the OWNER, the Customer may cancel his order in accordance with the procedure described in the section "Return". Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been placed at the disposal of the Client by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.

For security reasons, THE OWNER will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his address.

III. Delivery, Non-Delivery and Lost Data

If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a receipt, call or send a message indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. The OWNER contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at ensuring that the delivery takes place.

IV. Diligence in delivery

The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier who, on behalf of the OWNER, makes the delivery of the product requested, indicating on the delivery note any abnormality that could be detected in the packaging. If, later, once reviewed the product, the Client detected any incident as blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused in it by the shipment, it undertakes to communicate it to the OWNER via email in the shortest possible time, before the next 24 hours from delivery. From that moment on, no incidents of that type will be attended.

RETURNS

I. Return procedure

All products purchased at mihiso.es may be returned and reimbursed, provided that the Customer notifies the OWNER of his intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions set out in this section are met.

THE OWNER will only accept returns that meet the following requirements: 

1. The product must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labelling.
2. The shipment must be made using the same box in which it has been received to protect the product.
3. A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the returned products and the reason for return are also marked.

In order to make the return process easier for customers and to be able to follow it up correctly, THE OWNER. establishes as the only refund procedure the one established by THE OWNER. THE OWNER.  

The cost of shipping the products back to THE OWNER will be paid by the Customer unless the product sent is defective or is wrong.

To proceed with a return, the following steps must be followed:

1. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt that the product is to be returned or exchanged and the reasons for such return. The information can be done via email to contact@mihido.es. Please attach some photos indicating the defect and please wait for our confirmation.
2. Wrap the product while keeping its original packaging and labeling. Print and stick on the package the shipping label that we will send you by email.
3. Mihido will schedule a pickup from your home that will take place one day after the confirmation from us.
4. Once we have received and checked it, either we will send the new size requested free of charge or we will proceed to refund the amount of the items purchased if it is a return.

II. Refunds to the CUSTOMER

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the returned products minus the cost of the transportation service.

Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, THE OWNER will also reimburse the Customer for the corresponding shipping costs.

Please read carefully the description of the products since the signs of manual work will not be considered defects. 

Returns and partial cancellations will result in partial refunds.

The OWNER will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival at the premises of the returned order. The application of the refund on the Client's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. The application period will be up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.

WARRANTY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

THE OWNER acts as a distributor guaranteeing that the products presented for sale on www.mihido.es do not have any defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.
The materials Mihido Danioty uses for his garments are certified to meet strict environmental and social standards.

ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE. OUR CONTENTS.

Clients and Users are fully responsible for their conduct, when accessing the information on the Website, while browsing it, as well as after having accessed it.

As a consequence of the above, Customers and Users are solely responsible to the OWNER and third parties for:

1. The consequences that can be derived from a use for illicit purposes or effects or contrary to this document, of any content of the Web elaborated or not by the OWNER, published or not under his name in an official way.
2. As well as the consequences that may arise from the use contrary to the content of this document and harmful to the interests or rights of others, or in any way damage, disable or impair the website or its services or prevent normal enjoyment by other users. 

THE OWNER reserves the right to update the content when it deems appropriate, as well as to remove, limit or prevent access to them, temporarily or permanently, and deny access to the Web to customers and users who misuse the content and / or breach any of the conditions contained in this document.

2. Failures or incidents that may occur in communications, deletion or incomplete transmissions, so that there is no guarantee that the services of the Website are constantly operational.

Also, THE OWNER has the right to carry out during defined time intervals, promotional campaigns to promote the registration of new members in his service. THE OWNER reserves the right to modify the conditions of application of the promotions, to extend them duly communicated, or to proceed to the exclusion of any of the participants of the promotion in the case of detecting any anomaly, abuse or unethical behaviour in the participation of the same.
